Stakeholder meeting 21st of February 2025
On the 21st of February 2024 the study team will host the second online event on the topic of EPBD (recast) - Whole Life-Cycle Greenhouse Gas emissions of buildings - Article 7 (2, 3, 5) and Annex III.
The event was part of a study supporting the Commission in the implementation of key provisions of the EPBD recast related to buildings’ whole life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions, including the preparation of guidance on Article 7(5) – roadmaps on life-cycle global warming potential (GWP) of buildings, and the delegated act setting out a Union framework for the national calculation of life-cycle GWP under Article 7(3).
The purpose of the meeting was to present the status and up-to-date considerations for the delegated act and guidance.
